Customer Service Representative

Currently for our Client, an international outsourcing company we are looking for Candidates interested in working at the position Customer Service Representative with Fluent foreign language skills (English/ Spanish/ German / Italian or French).

Person hired on this position will be responsible for:
â€˘Acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries;Reading from scripts.Handle changes in policies or renewals;
â€˘Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution based on the daily activities related to: inbound and outbound telephones, e-mails, internet repair requests, chat customer service);
â€˘Opening customer accounts by recording account information.
â€˘Information supervising and tracking to close - including repair and return goods.
â€˘Recommendation potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs;
â€˘Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
â€˘Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
â€˘Ensure high quality of services potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
â€˘Fluent knowledge of German / Spanish / Italian or French is a must (C1);
â€˘Communicative English Skills (B2);
â€˘Very good Customer Service skills and Client-focus attitude;
â€˘Experience in Call Center or work with Household Appliances (service and sales) would be an asset.
