For our Central Service Desk Team we are seeking the following:
Service Desk Agent with Czech language
LOCATION: Bielany Wroclawskie
YOU DONâ€™T HAVE EXPERIENCE IN IT?

â€“ Coordination of IT queries (tickets) for technical issues
â€“ Ordering and dispatching all orders relating to printers
â€“ Maintaining communication with technicians and customers
â€“ Monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow
â€“ Updating knowledge articles
â€“ Excellent Czech language Skills (speaking & writing)
â€“ Good English communication skills
â€“ Ability to work in a team, multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
â€“ Willingness to learn new skills
â€“ Technical vocabulary and dealing with issues from printing background
â€“ Readiness to work on shifts (between 8 am and 18:30 pm)
â€“ Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients
