In the role of Credit and Collections Analyst you will be responsible for issuing payment requests when invoices for the Client become overdue.
-Daily contact with the Client and Vendors via phone and email
-Manage portfolio of customers and collecting accounts receivable balances
-Regular status update of credit and collections activities
-Answer queries on invoices and payments in a professional and timely manner
-Handle day-to-day activities and cooperate closely with other team members
Ideal candidate profile
-Excellent knowledge of English (C1) is a must
-Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with internal customers and the Client in a professional manner
-Ability to multitask and work towards meeting deadlines
-Working knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
-Full time availability
